Dr. Matthew Tippin

Dr. Tippin grew up in rural Kansas, near the Wichita area. He earned his B.S. degree in Food Science from Kansas State University, then went on to receive his doctorate of dental surgery from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2013. While studying in KC, he met his lovely wife, Emily, who is from Kearney, MO. 

After spending 5 years practicing dentistry in Newton, KS, Dr. Tippin returned to the KC area to practice with the Kanning Dental team. He loves providing patients with the best dental care alongside the amazing team in Richmond.

The Tippins have been able to serve with dental and medical mission teams locally as well as in Zambia, Kenya, and Honduras. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Tippin enjoys quality time with Emily and their two boys, Miles and Everett. As a family, they love fellowship with their church, Emmaus KC, and they are always looking for their next adventure outdoors.
